Thanks to all of you who subscribe to my newsletter and follow my blog and Facebook Page. As you may have noticed I am also a contributor to LifeHack.org which is a great place to find little shortcuts from experts.

I had a great year and I’m grateful to have the best job in the world and to have helped so many of you. I know my journey this year will include working with groups and doing some teaching which I’m really excited about.
